Corned beef, Bavarian-style sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and out house-made Thousand Island rolled in a deep fried flour tortilla. Served with tater tots, house-made horseradish cream sauce, and extra Thousand Isalnd.
This isn’t that gross corned beef from a can, either. That stuff smells like dog food. We use a fresh flat cut beef brisket cooked in our special blend of herbs.
