Eggs Benedict

A perfectly poached egg served atop a slice of center-cut ham, and a toasty English muffin, all covered in our homemade Hollandaise. Served with a side of bacon.

We “center cut” that ham, ourselves so that it fits perfectly on the muffin. Our concierge, Barry, eats the edge bits.
I wish Hormel still made “Hamdingers”. They’d be perfect on this.
