Cornish Pasty

Flaky, hand made short crust pastry filled with the traditional Cornish staples, beef, onions, potatoes, and rutabaga baked to golden brown perfection, and topped with beef gravy. Served with roasted carrots.

We’re told that the name of this dish should rhyme with “Fast-ee”. We don’t know if that’s in a Cornish accent, or ours.
